Q: Can I pay in cash?

A: Yes, you just need to give us a call at (402) 250-2300 to make the reservation.

Q: I am trying to purchase 7 tickets, but after 6 tickets it locks me out.

A: Our Classic and Premium rooms cap out at 6 people for the room. You can have seven, but know that more than 7 can get a bit snug in these rooms. If you want to do 7, please give us a call to make the reservation, or consider trying one of our Deluxe Rooms instead.

Q: Are there volume rates or discounts?

A: Yes, as you buy multiple rooms at one time, you can get a better rate per person than buying rooms one at a time. You can check out our deals to look at some of our specials.

Q: Can we book outside the preset time spots?

A: Yes, you can! Please give us a call at (402) 250-2300 if the time spots that are available don’t quite work for you. (We have done rooms at 6am for the Creighton Rowing Team before, so we are sure we can accommodate you as well.)

Q: Where is your door?

A: It is in the giant decal on the street front of the building, there is a hanging sign above it.

Q: Where do we park?

A: You can park on either side of Leavenworth Street (luckily it isn’t metered). On weekdays, the black gated parking lot on the Northwest side of the building is open for use, before that, the parking lot behind the gated parking lot (the one between Jones St and St. Marys Ave). Honestly, anywhere BUT THE LAUNDRY MAT.

Q: Do you have an age requirement?

A: No, not really. We recommend 7+ for rooms and 10+ if the kids are going to be doing the puzzles themselves. If you have infants, feel free to bring them strapped to your chest or back. We have had a group do really well with infant triplets before! (6 and under are free, but don’t strap a 14-year-old to your chest and think you are going to pull a fast one!)

Q: Can we buy Gift Cards or Gift Certificates?

A: Yes! You can either buy them through our online store, over the phone, or you can buy them in person. (It’s always helpful to give us a call before you come.)

Q: Is your building wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes! A ramp is located on the north side of the building. Please call us at 402-250-2300 ahead of time so we can ensure the gate is open for you to park in the back by the ramp. (Note: The "Final Frontier" room is not accessible by wheelchair, and is generally more suited for non-disabled individuals)
